1.Who we are

PhoneX Services makes custom phone back covers to order from 3951 SW 41st St, West Park, FL 33023, United States. You can reach us on (805) 409-9882 or at orders@phonexservices.store about anything on this page.

2.What we collect

We only ask for what we need to make your cover and get it to your door.

• Your name, phone number and email address, so we can confirm the order and call you about delivery.
• Your delivery address, including any apartment or unit number and the notes you add for the driver.
• The details of the cover itself: the phone model, the finish, the colour and any text you asked us to engrave.

3.The test phase

This site is currently running in a test phase. Orders placed through the checkout are confirmed on screen only. They are not written to a database, not emailed to us, and not passed to anyone else. When you close the tab, the details are gone.

The one thing that does stay on your own device is your shopping cart, which the site keeps in your browser storage so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

4.Cookies and tracking

We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run third-party tracking or profiling scripts. The only thing stored in your browser is the cart described above, which is technically necessary for the shop to work.

5.Who we share with

Once we are taking live orders, your name, phone number and address will be shared with the courier bringing your parcel, because there is no other way to deliver it. That is the only routine sharing we do.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists. We would only disclose your details if a law or a valid court order required it.

6.How long we keep things

During the test phase, nothing is kept. Once live ordering begins, order records will be retained for as long as needed to handle returns, warranty claims and our tax obligations, and then deleted.

7.Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email using the details at the top of this page and we will handle it. Because engraved covers are made to your instructions, we may need to keep a record of a completed order even after a deletion request, for as long as the law requires.

8.Children

This shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.

9.Changes to this policy

When we start taking live orders and payments, this policy will change to reflect that. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be flagged on the site.
